Positive: The free breakfast was good. The room was nice and cold it made me cold, lol. There a bar that was cool and snacks The bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfy for the price

Positive: We liked the location of the hotel. The laundry area and having ice water available in the lobby. It would be nice to have coffee available during the day if they could keep the grounds from being served.
Negative: The breakfast food was pretty much the same every day. We’ve stayed two weeks at other hotels and this menu needs some help. The coffee seemed to always have grounds floating in the cup. The staff wouldn’t refill the food entrees if there was 40 minutes before closing the line. They ran out of silverware each day. We were upset to find an additional thousand dollars added to our account once we got home. Apparently, the day we checked out things got messed up and we were charged for no apparent reason. Then after two phone calls to get this resolved they wouldn’t even float 4 days of parking from the bill. I’m not even sure why they charged to park as it wasn’t close to anything for tourists to enjoy.
Summary: We will definitely stay in the Hyatt Place instead of Hyatt House. Those rooms are too crowded.

Positive: I like the abundance of parking that's an unknown charge until you check in.
Negative: The unknown charge of parking. "10$ a night." Leading to 15 after sales rax and service fees. How are big ol hotel doesnt have parking. Bit of a scam. Whole building smelt off and kind of bad. Not sure what that is. The view isn't a view. Your photos show facing mountains on both sides of the length of the building yet that isn't the case.
